Application For Full Or Associate Membership

Full Membership costs £200 per annum and entitles all employees of the organisation to reduced registration fees for courses. Associate Membership is free to any organisation. This gives access to all events and benefits, except for reduced course registration fees.

This form can be used for either kind of membership.

Membership is at the level of an organisation, e.g., a particular company, NHS trust or Social Services Department. Each organisation has a "Main Contact", normally the person who instigates membership, who is the person we contact about administrative details and payment. The Main Contact can nominate up to 4 other people to receive announcements and access to the members only part of the website.
